Magnum Machine offers a unique service on all of it’s hydraulic lifters. We provide a low cost and affordable cleaning and re-certification process for your lifters. Our cleaning and testing provides a prove and sure way to know that your Magnum Pushrods are performing properly. If a replacement lifter is needed then there is no charge for the cleaning and testing. Our goal is to provide you with quality performance year after year.
We start out with the full disassemble of the lifter
We take apart each component of the lifter and discard any damaged or worn pieces.
Next we Clean Each Component
We use multiple cleaning tanks to degrease and remove contaminants. Each tank is progressively cleaner to prevent cross contamination.
Each component of the Hydraulic Lifter is cleaned inside and out.
Our Lifter Tester is calibrated using standards that date over 40 years.
Lifters purchased 5,10 or 40 years ago are tested to verify
the same performance today as they had originally.
Testing each lifter to confirm bleed rates and function.
Once Certified we reassemble the lifter with new hardware,
including the main spring.
