High Pressure Generation Plate

Our newest design development in slabbing plates is the HP Generation.   The Generation plate offers capabilities of direct chiller hookup with out worry of over pressurizing or leaking.   With it’s all new plug seal design we have eliminated O’rings and Gaskets.  The new flow chambers allow for simple clean outs and a life span of the plate measured in decades.     We have also include upgrades to the strike bar to include the side e-frames that prevents aluminum cuttings from heavy handed striking of the wax off the plates during operations.

Magnum High Pressure Generation Plate.

Originally designed for a customer who needed High Pressure Capabilities and as few Surface Screw areas as possible.  We worked with them to create the HP Generation plate.  Now the issues of clean up after multi-color runs is so much easier to work with.
