Servicing a Magnum Hydraulic

In Field Service or Magnum Certified Service

 

The Magnum Hydraulic Lifter is the heart of the Magnum-Pushrod.   Maintaining the lifter is easy and cost effective.    In the Field the Hydraulic Lifter is easily disassembled and one the components are loose the cleaning is done with any degrease solution.

Each Magnum Lifter is a fitted pair of Barrel and Insert.

Once Separated and Mixed with other Lifters

it is impossible to rematch without Timing each Lifter.

 

Here is the Proper Procedure
