The patented Internal-Water-Dam ensures that every plate fills uniformly from top to bottom and continues to circulate that way until the flow stops.  All of the other plates in the press perform exactly the same way unless they become clogged or damaged.  In case of clogging, due to sediment or corrosion, the plates can be easily dissembled, cleaned or repaired.
